At the Scheu Family Y of Upland, one of our most important goals has always been to enrich the lives of kids in our community. But when some are left out, it leaves us all a bit poorer. As a person with vested interest in the future of your community, you can help these kids grow into responsible, successful adults. Y activities help children develop valuable skills, gain confidence and build self-esteem. By contributing to the Current Support Campaign, you can help us teach these young people such important core values as caring, honesty, respect and responsibility.

Your contribution helps make it happen. At the Scheu Family YMCA of Upland, we strive to make sure that every child’s day brings about bigger and brighter achievements, but we can’t do it alone! Your contribution to the Y Current Support Campaign ensures that many nearby children unable to pay are included in programs that will teach them values that will positively impact their lives and the community we all live in.

Your gift of $65 makes it possible for one child to attend a eight-week session of Basketball or Football, where they build leadership skills and healthy well being.

Your gift of $145 enrolls a child in one week of summer day camp where they learn character values such as caring, honesty, respect and responsibility.

Your gift of $425 makes it possible for one child to attend summer resident camp, with life enriching activities such as canoeing, horseback riding and fishing.

Your gift of $510 enables one child to attend a Y before and after school program for a month, a chance to make new friends and strengthen values.

Your gift of $1,000 entitles you to Chairman’s Round Table membership and funds many children in various programs throughout the year.
