Karate:

Classes place an emphasis on improving the spirit through a concentration on attitude, the mind through increased knowledge of the philosophy of Karate, and the body through exercise and training.

Improve self-discipline, self-esteem, self-respect, learn to defend yourself, get exercise and stay in shape. For ages 5 and up.

Beginners:

(5-12 years old)
Tuesday and Thursday
5:00-6:00 p.m.

Advanced:

(Teen and up)
Tuesday and Thursday
6:00-7:00 p.m. for advanced and teens/adults.

$30 per month for facility members
$45 per month for community-members.

Boxing:

Learn the fundamentals of boxing with Olympic style training for workouts and methodology. Professional one-on-one training with Steve Banke, of former USA Boxing Team. Classes will cover standing and moving, punching, jump rope and weights workout. Learn how to get in shape like a champion. Develop a champion attitude through self-discipline, self-control, and self-improvement.

Youth Class:

(ages 8 and up, co-ed)
Mondays and Thursday
6:00-8:00 p.m.

Teens Class:

(13 and up, co-ed)
Tuesdays & Thursdays
6:00 – 8:00 p.m.

Women’s class

(16 and up)
Wednesdays & Thursdays
6:00 to 8:00 p.m.

Classes are $35 per month for facility members
$55 per month for community members.

New classes forming:

If you are an instructor willing to teach youth or adults please contact us regarding your classes. We are always looking for new classes to offer our members.

If you are a looking for a specific type of class we would like to hear from you as we are currently putting together our fall programs.
