Health & Fitness:

The Ontario-Montclair YMCA has three fitness rooms with state-of-the-art cardiovascular and weight equipment with music and flat screen televisions.

We also have an indoor boxing gym, outdoor climbing wall, indoor gymnasium, and one of the largest Olympic-style free-weight rooms in the Inland Empire.

The fitness center is open to members ages 12 and up. Members under the age of 14 must be accompanied by their parent or guardian. Personal Training is available.

Fitness Classes:

Low Impact Aerobics:
Enjoy exercises designed to increase muscular strength, range of motion, balance, flexibility, and coordination. Class uses small hand held weights, resistance tubing with handles, and pliable balls. Class meets Monday, Wednesday, and Friday from 9:00-10:00 a.m. Class is free for members.

Body Works:
Strengthen, trim, and tone with moderate aerobics and large fitness balls, Pilates rings, hand held weights, and resistance tubing. Class meets Monday and Wednesday from 5:45-6:30 p.m. and Saturday from 9:15-10:00 a.m. Class is free for members.
